In this short episode, Dn. Michael Sabounjian introduces and Fr. Voskan Hovhannisyan sings the Tone 1 (ԱՁ) Avak Orhnootyoon/Աւագ Օրհնութիւն sharakan/շարական (a genre of hymn), one of the oldest kinds of hymns. It is sung during the Night Service vigil before the Sunday morning celebration of Divine Liturgy.
